  • 300 g Couscous
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 g Fruit blend Kiwi, Pomelo, Pecan & Passionfruit
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 3 EL Olive oil
  • 1 TL honey
  • 4 Stems lovage
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Pack of Halloumi


1. Put couscous in a bowl, pour boiling broth over it and let it swell for about 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, cut the onion, garlic and lovage * into small pieces and fry until translucent.
* only 3 stems, save one for decoration

3. Chop dry fruits and pecans. Halve and core the pomegranate.

4. Light spring onions, dried fruit and pecans under the couscous. Let infuse for 15 minutes, if necessary add a little warm broth or season with salt and pepper.

5. Mix the olive oil with honey and add to the couscous as a dressing.
Tip : Heat the honey briefly, then it can be mixed better!

6. Drain the halloumi, cut into slices and fry briefly and spicy in a coated pan.

7. Chop the remaining lovage and garnish the dish with the pomegranate seeds.
