Ingredients:

  • 100g oatmeal
  • 500 ml Milk / vegetable milk alternative or water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • GoldTHEKE “Joy of Africa”
  • Honey at will
  • Fruit to decorate

Preparation:

1. Briefly roast the oatmeal in a pan over high heat.
2. Add milk, vegetable milk or water to the pot and heat up.
3. Add the lightly roasted oatmeal and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

4. Mix in the honey, cinnamon and the freeze-dried fruit and let it thicken for another 5 minutes

5. When the porridge has thickened well, remove the pot from the plate and decorate the portion with fresh and freeze-dried fruit.
