Ingredients:
for a springform pan with Ø 24cm
Base:
- 125g Butter
- 150g Biscuits
Crème:
- 500g Curd
- 150g Sugar
- 60g Fruit blend “Spirit of Asia“
- 1 untreated lime
- 1 Mango


Preparation:


1. Finely chop the biscuits for the bottom and mix with the melted butter.


2. Spread this mixture in the mold and press firmly onto the ground. Then put in the fridge for 5 minutes.
3. Mix the curd with the sugar. Also add the lime zest, then squeeze the lime and mix in the juice.
4. Depending on your preference, add the freeze-dried fruit either whole or chopped to the curd mass.


5. Spread the cream on the cake base.


6. Now chill the cake. It can be enjoyed after about 15 minutes.
