Ingredients:
- 125g Flour
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 Pinchof salt
- 1 Egg
- 160ml Milk
- 1 EL melted butter
- 75g GoldTHEKE “America’s finest”
- Butter for baking
- Honey for garnish

Preparation:

1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl and set aside.

2. Whisk eggs and milk in a measuring cup. Then stir in the melted butter.

3. Add the liquid mass to the flour mixture and stir well. The dough should be a little thicker.

4. Melt some butter in the pan over medium heat. Put the dough in portions in the pan. If bubbles form on the surface, turn and continue baking until the pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
5. Put on a plate and enjoy with honey and GoldTHEKE America’s finest .

Tipp:To get the fruity-berry taste in the dough, you can chop the freeze-dried fruit and mix it with them. Since the fruits absorb a lot of liquid, you should add a little milk.
