For deliveries to Austria, if the value of the goods is less than € 29, shipping costs of € 4,90 will be charged. For shipping to Germany, this amount increases to € 6,90. If the value of the goods exceeds € 29, shipping to Austria is free of charge. If the value of the goods exceeds € 49, shipping to Germany is free of charge.

For products in the “luxury boxes” category, shipping to Austria and Germany is also free of charge.

We send your order weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding holidays and window days) using the Austrian Post or DPD. The shipping usually takes 2-5 working days.

Since we endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible, we cannot make any changes or cancel them after we have received your order. Should you decide otherwise, you can of course send your order back to us free of charge. Please bear in mind when returning that we cannot accept goods that have already been opened due to food safety regulations.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the option of returning unopened goods to us for 14 days – more details can be found in our “Cancellation Policy”. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to take back goods that have already been opened.
